This image appears almost vintage with the use of soft colors throughout the image with a texture. The color in the chairs matches well with the same blue color in the sky. The shadows underneath the chairs make them seem like they are actually sitting there on the ground. The way they were cut out could be improved, especially on the armrests in the middle, they appear to have a sort of white outline around them, but if this were made to look more like the armrest on the left of the left chair it would blend more seamlessly with the background. The bright colorful addition of the hot air balloons is nice, the one further in the background is blended well with the sky, but the one in the front seems to bright, making it appear almost out of place, to fix that maybe you could tone down the color in it.
